Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with relevant nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms
- Manage all aspects of influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and content briefing
- Coordinate and track content delivery , approvals, and performance timelines
- Collaborate with social media, PR, and brand teams to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Maintain and update the influencer CRM or database
- Stay up to date on platform trends, influencer behavior, FTC guidelines, and competitor strategies
- Support or manage affiliate and ambassador programs
- Leverage tools such as GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence , or manual sourcing to scale programs
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand collaborationsProven ability to execute successful influencer campaigns (paid and organic)Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator cultureExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong negotiation skills and budget management experienceAbility to analyze and report on campaign data and optimize future effortsFamiliarity with influencer platforms and campaign management toolsSelf-starter with excellent project management and time management abilitiesPassion for branding, content, and digital cultureSkills Required
