Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Calling & Follow-Up : Engage with potential NIIT learners to communicate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
2. Sales Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including :
1. Continuous Communication : Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
2. Record Maintenance : Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with leads and customers.
Mandatory Skills :
1. Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes.
2. Goal Orientation : Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
