Key Deliverables :

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Rippling products for clients.
  • Drive product adoption by ensuring customer goals and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance product functionality.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of implementation processes and best practices.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with clients to implement Rippling's suite of products.
  • Oversee the project management of multiple simultaneous implementations.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
