Our services include page maintenance, branding, influencer marketing campaign strategies, and 360° social media strategies.

Position : Sr. Social Media Manager Experience : 4 Years

Location : Pune (Pune Based Employees) Mode of Work : Hybrid

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager at Quarterpillars Media. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media management, including content creation, communication with clients, developing and implementing social media strategies, and optimising social media presence. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work located in Pune but there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of social media professionals, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored social media solutions.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.
• Create and curate visually compelling content that aligns with brand aesthetics and appeals to our target audience.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with results.
• Solid understanding of design aesthetics and how to apply them to social media content.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple projects at once.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of trends in social media, design, and digital marketing
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in content strategy and writing
• Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns
• Ability to analyse social media data and generate insights
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
