About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations for Media.net employees. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel planning, cost efficiency, vendor coordination, and high service standards while adhering to company travel policies. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, local transportation, and visas.
  • Coordinate with employees to understand travel requirements and propose the most efficient itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with organizational travel policies and approval workflows.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and transport vendors to negotiate rates and secure cost-effective options.
  • Maintain and update travel records, bookings, invoices, and reports.
  • Resolve travel-related queries, emergencies, itinerary changes, or last-minute requests.
  • Track travel expenses, process bills for timely payment, and support finance with reconciliation.
  • Manage corporate travel tools / portals and keep vendor databases updated.
  • Assist with travel policy enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel processes, domestic / international routing, and visa formalities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight timelines.
  • High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling travel desk operations in tech or media companies.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization in corporate travel.
  • Familiarity with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre is an added advantage.
