About the Role :

We are seeking a Creative Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about design, and eager to explore a wide spectrum of creative opportunities. Beyond digital campaigns, you will have the chance to design premium packaging, event branding, and product visuals within a wealth-tech and lifestyle context — making this an exciting opportunity to grow as a multidisciplinary designer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualise and design creatives for digital and print media, including social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop premium packaging, event branding, and product visuals that reflect a cohesive and aspirational brand identity.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience across platform..
• Balance quick-turn marketing deliverables with larger, high-impact campaign collaterals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to deliver effective and engaging design solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure quality production and timely execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and forward-looking.
