Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial operations of our Saudi Arabian business unit from our Trivandrum office . The role involves handling daily accounting entries in ERP, tax filings, audit support, and preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate posting of all entries in ERP / Accounting Software .
• Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable , and Bank Reconciliation .
• Prepare Financial Reports such as :
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
• Manage Payroll and ensure proper salary disbursement entries.
• Prepare and submit Saudi Tax Filings :
• VAT Return(GST)
• ZAKAT
• Withholding Tax (WHT)
• Assist in Statutory & Internal Audits , ensure documentation & compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit queries .
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting to management.
