Senior PHP Developer - Laravel Frameworks

About the Role :

As a Senior PHP Developer at Cortex, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance web systems. You'll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, focusing on delivering robust and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Implement and manage user interfaces with Livewire and other modern front-end technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs (REST, JSON), with a focus on secure authentication using OAuth2 and JWT.
• Work with databases, particularly MySQL and Oracle, and perform complex query optimization for improved performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

This role requires 5-8 years of experience in PHP development. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with an immediate to 15-day notice period.
