Roles & Responsibilities

Industrial Relation & Legal

  • To execute process which fulfills and monitor compliance at all legislative and local governing agencies.
  • To support Head - HR&A to Settle Union Grievances and maintain peaceful industrial relations for better plant operations
  • To execute corrective and preventive actions towards preventing indiscipline in the organisation
  • Liasoning with surrounding villagers & industrial officials to maintain cordial relations with them and ensuring mutual understanding
  • To communicate & handle local issues like gram panchayat tax, political parties, Local / project affected people employment
  • To consult & communicate with Legal advisors for Labour, Civil, Criminal cases

Contract Employees

  • To monitor services of Manpower contractors are as per terms and conditions of their contract. To change review / change the concerned contract in time. Negotiation and finalisation of contracts along with concerned department.
  • To follow business process flow of recruitment for contract employees
  • To check legal compliance of contractors
  • To prepare, monitor & control contractor's manpower budget & suggest counter measures for any variance

    • Knowledge Management (EMS) / TQM folder / 5S

  • To maintain TQM Folder
  • To supervise & maintain 5S activities
  • To implement EMS practices as per the procedures
