Job descriptionStrong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks. Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling. Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives, perform advanced exploratory data analysis, and build & deploy scalable machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, generative AI (GenAI), and machine learning deployment frameworks, with a good understanding of the life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- 8 to 10 years of experience in leading
- design and development of advanced ML and Generative AI models.
- Drive end-to-end data science projects from data preparation to deployment.
- Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to business problems.
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.
- Stay current with GenAI advancements and evaluate adoption for the organization.
