Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Manager Skill Development. The Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating skill development programs. This includes identifying training needs, designing appropriate training modules, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality training. The role requires monitoring the progress of training initiatives, maintaining detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience in training design, skill development, and program evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and reporting
• Ability to collaborate with teams and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of skill development trends and industry best practices
• Prior experience in a managerial role in skill development or education is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field
