Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Growth Expert, located in Roorkee with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Growth Expert will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales pitches and presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to identify market trends and evaluate business opportunities
• Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction
• Business Development skills to develop strategic plans and identify potential partnerships
• Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
