Primary Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data / code pipelines using Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Scala
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions
• Optimize and tune Spark applications for performance and scalability
• Implement data processing workflows, ETL processes, and data integration solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and pipeline failures
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in big data technologies
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
