What You'll Be Doing :
As a SecOps Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers experiencing issues with enterprise security tools. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve their problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members of the security operations team to identify trends and patterns in customer issues, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Responding to support cases from customers regarding security tool-related issuesProviding timely and effective troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer problemsDocumenting support cases and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharingCommunicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner, keeping them updated on the status of their casesCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including senior engineer and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issuesContributing to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resourcesParticipating in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledgeMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in security operationWorking on Automation of repeating tasksCreating monitoring / KPI dashboards of various tools in Power BI / SplunkWhat You Should Bring :
Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)Work experience 5+ years in Cyber Security .Work experience in configuring or supporting Security tools for 3+ yearsKnowledge on Splunk, Firewall, and any Security tools along with Automation experienceKnowledge on Cloud Security is an added plusExperience working in a technical support or helpdesk role is preferredFamiliarity with enterprise security tools such as SIEM, web application firewall, Proxies, Firewalls etc.Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell)Proficiency in Power BICertifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP or GIAC are advantageous but not requiredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshootingAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processesCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and supportLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
