Job description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to design and implement data-driven solutions. Your role will involve understanding customer pain points, visualizing product flows, and identifying edge cases to solve critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Visualize and deeply understand customer pain points, product flows, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to drive product improvements and solve data-related challenges.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions, develop roadmaps, and deliver features that enhance user experience.
  • Define key product metrics, track performance, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
  • Foster a strong understanding of user needs and market trends to shape product vision and strategy.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a product-based company.
  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager (PM) or Associate Product Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel (both are must-haves).
  • Experience using Google Analytics to track and measure product performance.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and end-to-end product development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Ability to visualize and address customer pain points and develop intuitive product flows.

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in operations and supply chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, visualize edge cases, and resolve complex product challenges through data insights.
