About the Role

As a Sr. Manager / Director, you will :

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 BFSI
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems.
  • Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
  • Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges.
  • Utilize your understanding of BFSI data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Leverage your expertise in Data such as Marketing, Customer Data, Risk, AML, Campaign Data, to provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of AI / ML and Gen AI to build solutions and architecture to align the client and the delivery team under you.
  • Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.
  • Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver value quickly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, data engineers, data scientists fostering innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 13+ years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in BFSI or similar, KYC, Risk and customer analytics projects.

    • Required Skills

  • Demonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as classification, unsupervised learning.
  • Experience in Gen AI in leading to build solutions across co-pilots, Chatbots, Document extraction etc.
  • Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, capable of leading and guiding teams.
  • Experience working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively.
  • 5+ years of team management.
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
