We are looking for a  proactive and skilled HR Recruiter  with experience in  end-to-end recruitment, job portals, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), and government department hiring.  The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and expertise in sourcing and hiring the right talent.

Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates using  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build a strong network and talent pool for  BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) .
• Coordinate with  hiring managers  and business teams for interview scheduling and  feedback collection.
