As a Corporate Legal Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and advising on legal matters related to our corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with U.S. and Indian legal frameworks, including drafting and reviewing NDAs, MSAs, and various contracts. Additionally, familiarity with accounting principles or a background as a Chartered Accountant (CA) would be highly advantageous.
- Key Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting and Review
- : Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other corporate contracts.
- Regulatory Compliance
- : Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and Indian laws and regulations, including corporate governance and industry-specific requirements.
- Legal Advisory
- : Provide strategic legal advice to the company on a wide range of corporate issues, including risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
- Contract Management
- : Oversee the management and execution of contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and addressing any legal issues that arise.
- Collaboration
- : Work closely with other departments, including finance and operations, to support business objectives and ensure legal alignment.
- Documentation and Reporting
- : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and transactions. Prepare legal reports and summaries as needed.
- Regulatory Updates
- : Stay informed about changes in U.S. and Indian laws and regulations and advise the company on their impact.
- Qualifications
- Educational Background
- : Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution. Admission to the bar in [relevant jurisdiction].
- Experience
- : Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on U.S. and Indian laws.
- Skills
