Lead – Foundational Ai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, training, and deployment of foundational and generative AI models.
• Fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source) for enterprise use.
• Guide a team of AI engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Build ML pipelines (supervised / unsupervised) and integrate AI into Piramal Finance platforms.
• Collaborate across business, product, and tech teams to drive AI initiatives.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Stay updated on LLM, RAG, and generative AI advancements.

Required Skills & Experience

NBFC / BFSI exposure preferred.
