Job Title :   Inside Sales Executive - Client Acquisition

Location :   Saket, Delhi

Work Mode :   Work from Office (WFO)

Experience :   2-4 years (preferably with Recruitment / Staffing companies)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive focused on   client acquisition . The role involves researching potential clients, mapping decision-makers, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings. Post client signup, accounts will be transitioned to the delivery / account management team – your focus will remain purely on   new client acquisition .

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Client Mapping

Identify potential industries, companies, and key stakeholders.

Maintain a structured client database for outreach.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and authority.

Client Engagement & Meeting Setup

Pitch company services and value propositions effectively.

Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.

Sales Pipeline & Reporting

Track activities, responses, and progress in CRM systems.

Maintain weekly / monthly reports on outreach and conversions.

Target Achievement

Consistently meet outreach, meeting scheduling, and qualified lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development experience   with Recruitment or Staffing companies .

Proven track record in cold calling, email campaigns, and client prospecting.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
