Job Description

We are seeking a Product Engineering Manager with a strong foundation in software architecture and hands-on full-stack development experience. The ideal candidate will lead teams in designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade applications while maintaining a balance between technology vision, people management, and client engagement. Exposure to AI, LLMs, and Generative AI-driven systems will be considered a strong advantage .

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, architects, and QA professionals to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Define, design, and oversee end-to-end system architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide and review backend and frontend development efforts, ensuring best practices in design, code quality, and performance.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies (cloud-native, microservices, DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, containerization, etc.).
• Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks for potential business use cases.
• Partner with clients to support technology roadmaps, scalability strategies, and system improvements.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in backend development (Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python).
• Proven hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture patterns, API design, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, or GCP — and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL / NoSQL) and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and deliver results in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI-driven product development, LLMs, or Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Experience in designing AI-assisted applications or integrating AI services into enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior consulting or client-facing project experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
