At  JoiningHands , we are building one of India’s largest ecosystems for healing and transformation. With a thriving community of 30,000+ members across 22+ countries, we bring together daily healing processes, workshops, and advanced facilitator programs in Family Constellations, Karmic Constellations, and more.

One of our flagship offerings is a  7-month Family Constellation Facilitator Program , designed to train the next generation of facilitators. To scale this, we are seeking a  Sales Executives  who can connect with prospective participants, nurture their interest, and guide them into enrolling.

Role : Sales Counselor / Program Advisor

This is a  consultative sales role  where you will talk to warm leads from our  ads, webinars, and community , build trust, and help them take the next step in their facilitator journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

  • Call and connect with leads generated via Facebook / Meta ads .
  • Nurture leads coming in from  community webinars, WhatsApp groups, and healing sessions .
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Consultative Sales

  • Understand the prospect’s background, interest in healing, and readiness to invest.
  • Explain program structure, benefits, pricing, and address objections.
  • Follow up diligently and move leads towards enrollment.
  • Closing & Reporting

  • Achieve defined monthly enrollment targets .
  • Track leads, calls, and conversion status in CRM / Google Sheets.
  • Share feedback and insights with the marketing & community team to improve funnels.
  • Key Deliverables (First 6–12 Months)

  • Consistently achieve  monthly sales targets  for the 7-month facilitator program.
  • Convert  10–15% of qualified leads  into enrolled participants.
  • Build strong rapport with 100+ prospects per month via calls & follow-ups.
  • Ensure  clean lead tracking  and reporting for management.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in  sales, counselling, or inside sales  (education, wellness, training industry preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in  English + Hindi / Hinglish .
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to handle consultative, high-value conversations.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with  WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Zoom, CRM tools .
  • Based in  Mumbai  and available during community / webinar hours.
