Chief Java Architect – Complex, Scalable / Large Projects - Immediate Joiner

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 12+ years of experience in Java software development, with at least 5 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems and solutions.
• Strong understanding of Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate , and experience with microservices architecture .
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with enterprise-level databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of scalability, performance optimization , and handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
