Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Develop and manage the company’s financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Accounting Oversight :

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.

Reporting & Compliance :

Prepare and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.

Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit processes.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management :

Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring that the organization has sufficient liquidity for its operations.

Recommend measures to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.

Team Leadership & Development :

Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial decisions are aligned with business objectives.

Strategic Financial Insights :

Evaluate the financial impact of company initiatives and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and profitability.

Provide financial data to support the company's growth strategy, acquisitions, and investments.

Must have skills

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have skills :

Experience with financial modelling and forecasting.

Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
