Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat.
Assist with product inquiries, order updates, and general support.
Record interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.
Maintain service quality and performance metrics.
Requirements : Fluency in
English
any 2 regional languages
(Tamil / Telugu / Kannada).
Hindi is a plus (not mandatory).
Good communication & problem-solving skills.
Freshers with strong language skills can apply .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
