Experience Level :

1-2 Years (Post qualification)

Educational Qualification :

Chartered Accountant (qualified)

Mandatory :

Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts.

Proficient in MS Excel

Knowledge of Tally Prime

Optional :

Knowledge of NBFC / Banking / Finance sector (Preferred)

Team Management skills

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) as per IGAAP.

GST and TDS reconciliation, filing of returns, and other indirect tax compliances.

Maintain daily accounting records including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and MIS reports, and assist in basic financial analysis.

Handling departmental queries and providing appropriate responses on time.

Handling internal and external audits with proper documentation and compliance.

Preparation of reports and data for debt partners.

Fund management and day to day payments processing.

Coordinate with banks for payments, KYC updates, and prepare reports for debt partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform other finance tasks as assigned.

Salary Range : ₹ 9 LPA - ₹ 13 LPA (depending on interview)
