Development Manager - Telco Analytics Platform

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the testing and quality assurance initiatives for our Telco Analytics Platform.

This role requires a strong technical background in telecom data platforms, proven experience in managing testing teams, and the ability to drive quality strategies in a fast-paced, analytics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for the Telco Analytics Platform, including planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Manage a team of test engineers and automation specialists to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Drive automation initiatives for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics to continuously improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reports on test progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee defect management processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience : 10+ years in software testing / QA, with at least 35 years in a managerial or lead role.
