About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the testing and quality assurance initiatives for our Telco Analytics Platform.
This role requires a strong technical background in telecom data platforms, proven experience in managing testing teams, and the ability to drive quality strategies in a fast-paced, analytics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for the Telco Analytics Platform, including planning, execution, and sign-off.
- Manage a team of test engineers and automation specialists to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Drive automation initiatives for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics to continuously improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reports on test progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Oversee defect management processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience :
Education : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience : 10+ years in software testing / QA, with at least 35 years in a managerial or lead role.
Proven expertise in testing large-scale data analytics or telecom platforms.Strong knowledge of ETL testing, big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark), and analytics tools.Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework, etc.) and CI / CD pipelines.Solid understanding of telecom OSS / BSS systems, network data, and KPIs.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Telco Analytics or similar large-scale enterprise data platforms.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data analytics workloads.Knowledge of AI / ML-driven testing tools and data validation techniques.Certification in ISTQB, Agile Testing, or Test Automation is a plus.Why Join Us?
