Job Title : Staff QA Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff QA Software Engineer with 8-14 years of expertise in WLAN testing, Python automation, and enterprise-grade cloud networking solutions.
The role demands strong technical acumen in wireless technologies, Layer 2 / 3 networking, and tunneling protocols, coupled with advanced automation skills.
The ideal candidate will drive test strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery of complex cloud-managed wireless Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and implement test methodologies for cloud-based enterprise wireless networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand product requirements and testing strategies.
- Work with Scrum teams to create, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts for features.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of cloud-managed wireless products, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to debug, root-cause, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to automation strategy and framework enhancements to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize performance and enhance end-user Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in networking domains such as VLANs, TCP / IP, DHCP, switching, and routing.
- Proven expertise in Network Management Systems (NMS) and / or cloud-managed enterprise networks.
- Strong background in automation frameworks and scripting, preferably Python and Robot Framework.
- Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium (preferred).
- Proficiency in REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON data handling.
- Hands-on experience with CI / CD and infrastructure tools (Jenkins, Git, Jira).
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch (a plus).
- In-depth experience with Wi-Fi 802.11 technology and enterprise wireless solutions.
- Familiarity with tunneling protocols such as GRE and Skills :
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across networking and wireless domains.
- Ability to design scalable test automation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Agile / Scrum teams.
