We are a real estate firm working in the industrial, warehousing, group-housing, and liaisoning sectors across Gurgaon. Our work involves property transactions, documentation, coordination, and assisting clients through various approval and compliance processes.

We’re looking for a Real Estate Intern who is organized, dependable, and quick to respond. The role blends coordination, data management, client communication, and operational support, offering a well-rounded introduction to how real estate functions on a day-to-day basis.

Role Overview :

This internship offers a first-hand understanding of how real estate functions operationally. The intern will be involved in data management, client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups. They will also assist the team working on liaisoning and documentation matters - observing how regulatory processes work in practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle client, broker, and departmental calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain and update property listings, lead records, and data inventories .
• Support the documentation and liaisoning team with file preparation, record-keeping, and follow-ups.
• Manage social media accounts and post periodic updates about projects or firm activities.
• Undertake other operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
