Job Title : AI Solutions Sales Specialist (Generative AI Automation)

Location : Hyderabad, India

Type : Full-Time | Onsite / Hybrid

Job Description :

We are seeking a results-driven AI Solutions Sales Specialist with expertise in Generative AI and AI Business Automation to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on selling cutting-edge Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Automation solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for AI-powered automation solutions.
Engage with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and business leaders to understand their automation needs.
Present and position AI solutions including Conversational AI, AI Agents, and Generative AI tools.
Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to shape tailored client proposals.
Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns, webinars, and events focused on AI transformation.
Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM tools.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in AI, automation, or SaaS.

Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, RPA, or Intelligent Automation platforms.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience working with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, SAP, or Kore.ai is a plus.

Preferred :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with AI platforms and no-code / low-code tools.

Passion for AI innovation and digital transformation.
