Job description7+ years of progressive experience in AI / ML, data science, or full stack development Experience leading teams delivering end-to-end applications Hands-on experience building solutions with generative AI technologies Expert-level Python for data science and web development Strong React and modern JavaScript experience RESTful API development and web services Database technologies and SQL programming Docker containerization and deployment practices Cloud platforms experience (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP) Generative AI implementation and prompt engineering CI / CD pipelines and DevOps for AI / ML deployment Big data technologies (Azure Synapse, Spark, Databricks) Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling Data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch) Business experiments design and hypothesis testing Data visualization (Power BI preferred) Lead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers Act as a technical leader, developing Conduct performance reviews and create development plans Foster innovation and technical excellence culture Recruit and onboard team members Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives Oversee end-to-end AI application development Ensure integration between data science models and production systems Guide generative AI implementation and best practices Partner with Global Data & AI teams Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept to production Implement agile methodologies for diverse project types Stay current with AI technologies, especially generative AI and full stack development Guide experimentation with new technologies
The Team Lead - Artificial Intelligence will lead a team of Data Scientists and AI Engineers, driving the development and implementation of AI solutions and data science projects. This role requires strong technical expertise with full stack development skills in Python and React, combined with exceptional leadership abilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about team building, developing talent, and fostering innovation within our Global Data & Artificial Intelligence organization.
