Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an Assistant Sales Manager. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and actively participating in events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and CRM tools
Having minimum 7 year experience in sales & marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
Ability to manage and support organizational events and exhibitions effectively
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the events sector is preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
