Auxiliobits is a global leader in AI, Agentic Automation, and RPA-driven solutions , with delivery teams in the US, Dubai, and India. We help enterprises across healthcare, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and eCommerce automate and optimize their business processes through next-gen technologies like UiPath, Microsoft Intelligent Automation, AI Agents, and LLM-driven platforms .

We are now expanding our engineering team and looking for a Senior MEAN / MERN Stack Developer with strong Node.js expertise and experience in building AI-powered SaaS and enterprise-grade applications .

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using MEAN / MERN stack .
  • Strong focus on Node.js backend development , REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • AI-Integrated Applications :
  • Build, integrate, and optimize applications powered by LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI workflows .
  • Collaborate with AI / ML engineers to implement APIs and model integrations.

Architecture & Best Practices :

  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability by enforcing software engineering best practices .
  • Participate in architectural decisions and guide junior developers.
  • Write clean, modular, and test-driven code.

    • Collaboration & Delivery :

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and AI specialists to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, provide technical input during requirement gathering, and deliver features on time.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in MEAN or MERN stack development .
  • Expert-level knowledge in Node.js (Express.js / NestJS preferred).
  • Strong skills in MongoDB, SQL / NoSQL databases , and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for building rich UIs.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for application deployment and scaling.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML application development – integrating APIs like OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS AI services.
  • Strong focus on best practices, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress), and CI / CD pipelines .
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, security, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT) .
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and quality .

    • Good to Have

  • Experience building SaaS products .
  • Knowledge of .NET C# for custom component development (integration with RPA / automation).
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing and AI integrations.
  • Contributions to AI-driven platforms or agent-based architectures .
