Shift Timing : General Shifts (9 AM to 6 PM); 6 Days Working in a Week (Mon to Sat) and 2nd Saturday is Work from Home

Position : Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Writer Manager to lead our content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education-focused content, excellent writing and editing skills, and proven experience managing writers and delivering high-quality content at scale. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on writing / editing , ensuring all content aligns with the company's goals and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of content writers, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms (blogs, website, social media, newsletters, etc.).
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's objectives and student needs.
  • Conduct research on the Indian higher education system, career opportunities, and industry trends to guide content direction.
  • Edit and proofread writers' work to maintain accuracy, tone, and style consistency.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create impactful content.
  • Monitor performance of published content and optimize based on analytics and feedback.
  • Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and adheres to brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in content writing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial / editorial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian higher education system and various career paths.
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a content team.
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution and meet deadlines consistently.
