Role & responsibilities :

• Milestone Technologies is hiring leaders with a high degree of experience in Client Management, Delivery Management, Technical Management, Financial Management and Team Management.
• Responsible for Delivery of all Projects under his / her portfolio within timeline and cost
• Responsible for Profit & Loss in his / her Portfolio by ensuring delivery within the Sold Margin and at the same time in alignment with the Target Margins. Proactive Financial Management both Topline and Bottomline
• Ensure regular connects with the Client to identify potential challenges and fix the same upfront, as well as understand the needs of the customers and position Milestones capabilities and grow the account revenue Y-on-Y
• Responsible for the Team working in his / her portfolio by setting objectives, providing regular feedbacks, identifying skill gaps and enable filling of those gaps as well as mentor and coach the team members to grow in their career
• Ensure strict adherence to Organization Process both from Delivery and other cross-functional needs
• Conduct Regular Review meetings (Monthly, QBR, Account Planning, etc) with the client and ensure high Client
