Thermal Weapon Sights, Electronic Fuzes, High-Capacity Radio Relay and Surveillance Radars.
The Company has state-of-the-art Optical Fiber and Optical Fiber Cable manufacturing plants at Hyderabad, Optical Fiber Cable manufacturing plant in Goa and in its subsidiary HTL Limited at Chennai. The Company’s recently set-up plant in Manesar is focused on telecom equipment production, with products that qualify under the Government of India’s Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme.

Position Overview
HFCL is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Lead to join the team and catapult the brand presence to greater heights. The successful candidate will develop and
execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance HFCL's market position, drive brand awareness, and support business growth across telecom, defense, and railway verticals. The ideal brand champion will bring a strong background in B2B marketing within the technology or telecommunications industry and a passion for turning complex tech into compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- The Brand Marketing Lead will craft and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with HFCL's business objectives and vision - think of it as being the brand's GPS, navigating through competitive terrain
- Developing customer personas and journey maps across global markets for business units. Craft multiple touch point mapped to customer’s stage in the funnel
- Translating voice-of-customer data into brand narratives, and running targeted campaigns
- Implementing feedback loops to refine brand positioning and creating differentiation strategies through competitive analysis
- Integrating account-based marketing with broader brand strategies
Marketing Communications
Collaboration with the digital marketing team will ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, creating a seamless experience that feels like the marketing equivalent of a perfectly choreographed danceThe successful candidate will develop messaging frameworks that translate complex tech-speak into stories that resonate with different stakeholder groupsIntegrated marketing campaigns will be planned and executed with the precision of a Swiss watch and the creativity of an artist on deadlineEvents & Industry Relations

Marketing technology stack will be managed and leveraged to automate processes, increase efficiency, and provide actionable insightsThe candidate will implement and maintain a marketing resource management system that keeps creative assets organized and accessibleCampaign workflows and approval processes will be streamlined to eliminate bottlenecks while maintaining quality standardsMarketing data architecture will be designed to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting across all marketing activitiesCollaborate with IT to ensure marketing platforms integrate seamlessly with CRM and other business systemsCollaborate with SCM and Finance to ensure marketing operations are flawless in day to day businessTeam Leadership

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in brand managementExperience in the telecommunications, SaaS, or technology sector strongly preferredProven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that didn't just win awards but moved business needlesSkills & Competencies
