Job description

Position Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and experienced faculty members to join our Online Programmes Division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes. The role will include curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Faculty members will also manage a large pool of adjunct / guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.
  • Maintain and enhance subject matter expertise by staying current with developments in computer science and related fields, including emerging technologies and industry practices.

  • Ability to quickly adapt teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work across diverse teams, including guest faculty and administrative staff.
  • Passion for student success and a commitment to providing high-quality training to diverse learners.
  • Capacity to identify challenges in programme delivery and student outcomes and propose innovative solutions.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas : AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex, large scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people in an online setting.

    • Desirable Additional Qualifications :

  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies or methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring or advising adult learners or professionals in a certificate or continuing education programme.
