Designation : Business Development Representative (General Staffing Domestic)

Shift Timings : (9 : 30AM to 6 : 30PM IST)
Location : Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new clients in the General staffing (domestic) market.
- Handling the end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and CXO decision-makers.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely delivery of candidates.
- Generate revenue by meeting business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
Required Skills :
Minimum 2 years of experience in General staffing sales (domestic market).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in client acquisition and account management.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Knowledge of the Non-IT Industry and job roles (preferred).Who can work remotely or can go to client meetings as needed.Perks & Benefits :
