1. Exam Coordination
o Plan, schedule, and manage ACCA Computer-Based Exam (CBE)
sessions in accordance with ACCA guidelines.
o Verify candidate eligibility, including document checks and registration
validation.
o Ensure timely communication of exam schedules, rules, and
procedures to candidates.
o Coordinate with internal teams and ACCA representatives to ensure
compliance with examination standards.
2. Candidate Support
o Act as the primary point of contact for all candidate queries,
providing clear, timely, and professional responses.
o Offer guidance on exam formats, rules, and preparation requirements.
o Manage pre-exam and post-exam communication to ensure candidates
are well informed.
3. Technical & Venue Setup
o Oversee all technical requirements for CBE sessions, including
software installation, system checks, and network stability.
o Ensure the exam venue meets ACCA compliance standards for
comfort, security, and accessibility.
o Troubleshoot technical issues promptly during the exam to minimise
disruptions.
4. Data Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate
registrations, attendance, and exam results.
o Prepare and submit regular reports to ACCA and internal management.
o Ensure data security in accordance with organisational policies and
examination regulations.
