Medico Hub is hiring an MBBS clinician with hands-on USG exposure for an on-site diagnostic/clinical position in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ultrasound examinations, producing timely, actionable reports, and collaborating closely with referring physicians to drive positive patient outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound (USG) examinations across common clinical domains — abdominal, obstetric/gynecologic, pelvic, small parts, and Doppler studies — ensuring reproducible, high-quality images.
• Interpret scan findings and produce clear, clinically actionable reports; communicate urgent or critical results to referring clinicians promptly.
• Operate, calibrate, and perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of portable and console ultrasound equipment to maintain optimal image quality.
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, privacy, and adherence to infection-control and ultrasound-safety guidelines during all procedures.
• Maintain accurate examination logs, upload images/reports to PACS/EMR systems, and support scheduling and triage of imaging requests.
• Participate in case reviews, quality-improvement initiatives, and on-the-job training for junior staff and technicians.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS degree with valid medical registration
• Proven hands-on experience performing and interpreting diagnostic ultrasound (USG) in a clinical setting
• Competence in abdominal, obstetric, and Doppler ultrasound protocols
• Ability to generate concise clinical reports and communicate findings to multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with PACS/EMR image upload workflows and basic image archiving
• Patient-centred approach with adherence to clinical governance and safety standards
  
  

Preferred

• Diploma or certification in clinical sonography / radiology
• Experience with point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) in outpatient or emergency settings
• Basic life support (BLS) or advanced life support certification
