Job descriptionBTech / MTech from premier institutes with 9 to 17 years of strong backend experience in Python / Java / Golang / MS Technologies Have atleast 2-3 years of experience in Gen AI, RAG and LLMs Technically strong Individual Contributors Strong experience on Python frameworks added advantage Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and mentoring skills
Role & responsibilities :
- Will work on end to end development of highly sophisticated Gen AI applications for firmwide integretion
- Work as an independent contributor to develop GenAI Infrastructure, tools and application
- Work with the stakeholders and mentor team members
- Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on best practices, architecture decisions, and technical problem solving.
- Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and related fields, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into the development pipeline.
