Intern - Talent Acquisition

Location : Magarpatta City, Pune

Duration : 6 months

Stipend : 20,000 / - per month

Key Responsibilities :

  • Entry-Level & Fresher Hiring : Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for entry-level positions across various functions.
  • Campus Recruitment :
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campus hiring drives at various colleges and universities.
  • Network with placement officers and build relationships with academic institutions.
  • Coordinate pre-placement talks, written assessments, group discussions, and interviews during campus hiring events.
  • Maintain a calendar for campus visits and ensure smooth execution of all activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.

Requirements :

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
