About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will be the custodian of our brand identity and voice. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge to craft engaging campaigns, strengthen market positioning, and inspire our audiences to explore new horizons.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Enhance brand visibility and recall within the tours & travel industry.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive positioning.
• Build a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and digital marketing.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality creative outputs.
• Drive customer engagement and loyalty through innovative branding initiatives.
• Ensure all communication reflects the brand's ethos of passion for travel.
