Job Description :

The Factory Manager oversees all production activities within the interior design manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient operations, superior quality, and timely project delivery. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of furniture and joinery production, and close coordination with design and project teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage daily factory operations to meet production targets and deadlines.

Supervise all departments (carpentry, upholstery, metalwork, finishing) to ensure quality and efficiency.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to align production with project requirements.

Monitor resource utilization, inventory, and machinery maintenance.

Enforce health, safety, and quality standards in all production processes.

Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.
