Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
• Deep expertise with automation tools and languages : Selenium with C# (preferred) or Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Visual Studio 2019+.
• Solid understanding of BDD principles and associated tools (e.g., SpecFlow).
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test creation and analysis.
• Strong experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Proficiency with modern source control (Git) and CI / CD practices; ADO pipeline knowledge is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience in Non-Functional testing (performance, security, accessibility) is advantageous.
