Job description

We are looking for a talented MERN Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack frameworks like Node.Js and React.Js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-quality applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience : 3–6 Years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.Js (backend) and React.Js (frontend).
  • Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems with clean, scalable architectures.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components and UI features using React.
  • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
  • Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency and mandatory experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with Node.Js and related backend technologies.
  • Strong experience with React.Js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and related frontend technologies.
  • Experience in building REST APIs and working with microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Jira.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Nice to have skills :

  • AWS Certification
  • Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Experience working with messaging queues (Kafka / SQS / RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with UI libraries / frameworks like Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.

    • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
