Job description

POSITION Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

LOCATION Offshore Remote –India (Must Live in India only no Outside candidate will be considered)

DURATION 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
  • Strong expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans.
  • Prior experience with India payroll and compensation practices.
  • Ability to translate HR / Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred :

  • Experience working on global merit cycles with regional variations.
  • Workday HCM Core knowledge.
  • Workday certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
  • Experience with BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday.
