We are seeking an experienced and driven Group Head to lead and manage a portfolio of key clients.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering successful 360- campaigns.

You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic campaign plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across print, digital, TV, and experiential.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with account executives and creative teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in new business pitches.
• Provide strategic insights backed by data and market research to drive client success.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across internal departments-creative, planning, media, and production.
