Wave Online is expanding our core engineering team, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of both backend and frontend systems. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help architect scalable platforms used across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

Backend : Python, FastAPI / ASGI, asyncio, concurrency

Frontend : Angular, TypeScript, RxJS

Database : MongoDB (schema design, indexing, optimization)

DevOps : Docker, CI / CD, Bash, containerization & release automation

What You Will Own

Architect and evolve backend services, APIs, and async worker / queue systems

Build highly-responsive Angular applications and optimize complex RxJS flows

Drive and enhance CI / CD pipelines , deployment workflows, and cloud / container strategies

Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability

Mentor junior engineers and uplift engineering culture, practices, and code quality

We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on expertise with Python (FastAPI / asyncio) & Angular

Solid understanding of concurrency, event loops, async design patterns

Expert-level RxJS skills

Proven experience in MongoDB indexing, schema design & performance tuning

Strong command over Linux, Bash scripting, debugging, and system-level problem solving

A passion for writing clean, scalable, maintainable code
