Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium, solid expertise in database testing, and a track record of ensuring software quality in complex systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently, contribute to automation frameworks, and ensure full test coverage through both manual and automated testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform functional and regression testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring all requirements are thoroughly validated.
• Design, write, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Conduct database testing to validate data integrity, data migrations, and backend processing using SQL queries.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project goals.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using appropriate defect tracking tools.
• Create and deliver comprehensive test reports in line with organizational governance and quality standards.
• Continuously improve test strategies and automation coverage to support continuous delivery and DevOps practices.
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, working independently in a fast-paced environment.
